Global HC Field End-User License Agreement

Effective date: September 9, 2026

This agreement governs use of Global HC Field at globalhc.ghpfield.com, operated by Global Home Construction ("Global Home Construction," "we" or "us"). Global HC Field is an internal business application for staff and contractors whom Global Home Construction authorizes to use it. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app and contact your administrator.

Permission to use Global HC Field

While you remain authorized, Global Home Construction grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use Global HC Field for your assigned Global Home Construction business activities. This permission covers the features and records allowed by your account role. It does not permit resale, sublicensing, public redistribution or operation of the app for another business without our permission.

This license gives you permission to use the application, not ownership of its software, branding or other protected materials. Rights in third-party software, services and materials remain with their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licenses.

Accounts and responsible use

Use your assigned account and protect your password and connected-service credentials. Do not share access, bypass role restrictions, access records outside your assigned duties, interfere with the app, introduce harmful code or use it unlawfully. Tell your administrator promptly if you believe an account or business record has been accessed improperly.

Enter or import only information that you are authorized to use for the business. Take reasonable care when recording addresses, quantities, prices, installation status and other operational information. Before approving work or taking an action that affects a customer or accounting record, check the relevant source information.

Business records and privacy

Use of Global HC Field does not transfer ownership of customer information, source documents or other business records to an individual user. Global Home Construction may process authorized records to operate the application and carry out its business activities. The Global HC Field Privacy Policy describes the information used, service providers, connected mailboxes, retention and available choices.

Keep business records confidential and share them only with people authorized to receive them. Account removal or disconnection of an external service does not automatically delete previously imported records or backups. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be made through the contact below.

Connected services and approvals

Features that use Intuit QuickBooks, Google Gmail, builder portals, mapping services or other external services require the relevant access and authorization. Those services have their own terms and availability requirements. Authorizing a connection does not itself approve every available action, and a listed feature may remain unavailable until its setup and checks are complete.

When the QuickBooks invoice workflow is configured and enabled by an authorized administrator, its purpose is to save eligible installation invoices in the connected company and record available confirmation in Global HC Field. That workflow stops at saving the invoice in QuickBooks; it does not automatically email it to a builder, collect a payment or authorize an unrelated accounting action. Office staff must review exceptions and verify uncertain results before attempting further processing.

Connected email collection places matching correspondence in office review. Sending a customer reply requires an authorized office user to review it and explicitly approve sending. A background process may deliver an approved reply. Importing an email or purchase order does not by itself approve the order or schedule an installation.

Carina and other assisted features

Carina provides voice and text assistance using selected conversation content and relevant records, subject to the user's app role. Selected information may be processed by OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy. Assistant responses, extracted information and planning suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them against business records before relying on them for scheduling, pricing, accounting or customer communication. Using the assistant does not expand your authority or replace required approvals.

Availability and access changes

Global HC Field and its integrations may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, provider restrictions or other errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every imported record or assistant response is complete and error-free. Contact the office when an error or unavailable feature affects your work.

Global Home Construction may change features or restrict, suspend or end access when business responsibilities change, authorization ends, misuse occurs or protection of the system requires it. When your authorization ends, stop using the app. Record handling continues under the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Updates and contact

We may update this agreement as the application changes. The version on this page identifies its effective date. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or an appropriate business communication. These terms govern application use; they do not replace separate employment, contractor, customer purchase or third-party service agreements, or rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
