Global HC Field Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

Global Home Construction operates Global HC Field at globalhc.ghpfield.com for authorized staff and contractors managing its business. This policy describes information used in that app, including information about customers, homeowners, builders, vendors and business contacts. The public demonstration website has a separate privacy notice.

Information we use

Global HC Field stores account and role details, customer and business contacts, addresses, communities and lots, products and prices, purchase orders, schedules, installation status, notes, photos and other business files. Authorized imports can include accounting history, original source documents and company backups. An original backup may contain more information than the individual records shown in app search.

We use this information to organize and perform work, communicate with customers and builders, review source records, prepare authorized accounting activity, control access and resolve errors. The app also keeps source identifiers, import progress, approval records and available delivery evidence to prevent duplicate processing and show what was completed.

Email

Global HC Field does not currently connect to Gmail or any other mailbox, and it does not read or send email on the company’s behalf. If email intake is enabled later, it will be limited to Global Home Construction’s own mailboxes authorized by an administrator, and this policy will be updated before that use begins.

Payments, bank and bill services

When the owner connects them, card payments are processed by Stripe, bank transactions are read through Plaid and supplier bills are synced with BILL, each using Global Home Construction’s own account. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s page and are not stored by Global HC Field.

Storage, service providers and Carina

Cloudflare hosts the app and stores its operational records, files, encrypted connection credentials and processing records. Authorized imports also involve their original services. Local preparation of imports can retain downloaded originals and processing evidence on an authorized collection computer.

When a user interacts with Carina, selected conversation content and relevant app information can be sent to OpenAI to answer the request or perform an authorized assistant task. Voice use sends microphone audio; typed interaction sends the entered text. Retrieval follows the user's app role: crew access is restricted, and inbox and accounting knowledge require owner or administrator access. Importing a record does not mean Carina has read every attachment. Other enabled AI features, such as planning or training narration, process the content selected for those features.

Optional video for the floating office assistant uses LiveAvatar, a HeyGen service, to animate Carina’s generated reply audio. Those replies can contain company information requested by the authorized user. The video service does not receive the microphone stream, camera, OpenAI key, or complete company archive through this feature. The owner must authorize the separate connection; starting video uses the connected LiveAvatar account’s credits.

Global HC Field does not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Carina's record lookup retrieves saved information for the requested feature. Transfers to service providers support the disclosed features with user authorization; provider processing is governed by the applicable agreements and settings.

Address lookup and navigation features share the selected destination with their map or address service. Optional crew location sharing sends the crew member's current position to the office while sharing is enabled.

Access and choices

Individual accounts, session cookies and role checks control app access. Connection tokens are encrypted in server storage. Browser preferences remember choices such as workspace mode and assistant position. These controls reduce unauthorized access but cannot guarantee that every security incident will be prevented.

Users can stop a voice session or location sharing. Administrators can manage account access, and the owner can disconnect Stripe, Plaid or BILL from the payments setup page at any time.

Retention, correction and deletion

Disconnecting a service or disabling an account does not automatically delete previously saved business records, backups or local import evidence. Company records remain available for their operational, accounting and source-review purposes. The app does not currently apply one automatic deletion schedule across all of those systems. Connected services retain their own records separately.

For access, correction, deletion requests, or privacy and support questions, contact orders@global-hc.com. Identify the relevant record or account without sending passwords or connection tokens. We review the request, the systems involved and any continuing need to retain the records; a request does not itself erase copies held by another service.

We will update this policy when the app's data practices change, and before any new connection (such as email) is used.
